A Paul Harris Fellow, Past President of the Rotary Club of Hallett Cove and respected member of the Rotary Club of Morphett Vale, Grant Sibly passed away with his family around him early this morning. Survived by his wife Shiralee, children Joshua and Catherine and granddaughter Grace, Grant will be missed for his good humour and all round support of Rotary. Thank you for your friendship Grant. Our thoughts are with Grant's family at this time.

 

These cold days are ideal for selling beanies and other knitted goods to raise funds. Jess kept a lookout for potential buyers and then charmed their children for pats. When the parents stopped, of course there was a lovely beanie handy to keep their head warm. Good job Jess. We were snuggled into a warm corner at Bunnings Noarlunga for the sales.

 

No beanie is complete without a pom pom. Rotary Hall at Christies Beach was the location for a happy pom pom making workshop. Thank you for the good instruction Joy and for your natty pom pom gadgets Jeannie.

We had fun on our 'making day' with warm drinks and a biscuit or two.
