AG Dini welcomed guests Jeff Podger, Rosemary Coates, Joy [friend of Jeanette].
AG Dini inducted Rosemary Coates, previously of Yankalilla Rotary Club, as a member of Rotary Club of Morphett Vale. Welcome Rosemary.
PP Susan welcomed speaker Jeff Podger who spoke on the Army cadet training at Cardijn College.
The Army Cadet Corps is one of many Australian Army Cadet groups, both school and community based who train youth for leadership positions. This personal development program  for young people is designed to benefit the nation by developing individuals and supporting the community. The students participating gain points towards their SACE studies.
The Cardijn Corps have been asked to conduct the overnight Youth Vigil at the Eternal Flame in Morphett Vale next April.
PP Susan thanked Jeff for his interesting presentation.
AG Dini presented the President's Report for President Merilyn.

Hackham West Community Centre Christmas BBQ  has been cancelled. COVID concerns.
Dec 10 Old Reynella Christmas event Rotary involvement.
Christmas meeting Dec 15 Wilfred Taylor Reserve. Please bring a wrapped gift under $5 from a Op shop.
End polio ute relay - Ute will be at the Willunga Markets Saturday January 8.
COVID restrictions - clubs to be guided by SA Health restrictions and individual club needs. [mandated vaccinations for Youth, elderly etc].
Insurance considerations being discussed.
District template for 'Partnerships' to be released on District website shortly/
Club will receive Rotary promotional products from district soon.
PETS training March 5, 2022
District Assembly 2022- club members encouraged to attend.
District Conference April 1-3, 2022
Australia Day Breakfast - All members needed  as this is a major fundraising for the club.
International Dinner has been planned. Feb 15, 2022
Club general meetings recommence Jan 19 with an Open Forum at SAFC 2022
Club directors spoke for a couple of minutes to update members on their activities.

Marion called Returning Officer Jeanette to officiate at AGM
AGM opened with Jeanette declaring all positions vacant, except International, and Treasurer, these have another year to run.

Secretary -Two nominations received - Mark Simpson received the majority of votes

Public Officer - Mark Simpson
All positions were filled for the Rotary Year 2022-2023
