Glenthorne National Park-Ityamaiitpinna Yarta is one of Adelaide’s newest national parks, and is located 16 km south of Adelaide in the suburb of O’Halloran Hill.

It incorporates the Glenthorne farm property and adjacent O’Halloran Hill Recreation Park and, in time, will connect with other parks and parcels of land in Adelaide’s south to form the Glenthorne Precinct.

The Glenthorne Precinct includes Hallett Cove Conservation Park, Marino Conservation Park, areas of the Field River Valley and Happy Valley Reservoir, which is now open for visitor recreation.
