Often at our general meetings we invite Rotarians with interesting stories to tell.
This time it was John Price from the Rotary Club of Edwardstown sharing his experiences volunteering in Nepal.
John has spent considerable time in Nepal volunteering on many projects. From Assisting to build and dig, load and unload containers and trekking to remote villages with help, Nepal is close to John's heart.
John's club has also donated glucometers and strips, and baby hats. With the assistance of Donations In Kind and Adelaide Rotaractors, loaded a container of hospital beds for Nepal.
John presented President Susan with a scarf from Nepal to mark his visit to our club.
