We will be seeking members to co-ordinate some of our Fundraising activities throughout the year.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO ALL THE WORK YOURSELF.
You can be the co-ordinator for the following activities:
BBQ Co-ordinator
This will involve co-ordinating the Bunnings BBQ’s (you will not necessarily have to be at each bbq),
with the assistance of all members of the club and other interested clubs.
Vintage & Classic Co-ordinate the event Sandy and Jeannette interested
Australia Day Breakfast: Co-ordinate the event
High Tea – Lift the Lid on Mental Health Merilyn Russell
Melbourne Cup Luncheon Susan Podger
Community Mothers Day Raffle Co-ordinate the event
All the above events have information folders available of how the event has been run previously.
As a co-ordinator you need to ask members to be on your committee –
Each co-ordinator will report thru Community Director Joy Stinson to the board.
A relevant report in the leadup period will keep the board up to date.
