Colin was a Rotarian of more than 40 years serving in Rotary clubs of Naracoorte, Adelaide East, Gawler and was a Past President of Salisbury and Noarlunga East clubs. Recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow with Sapphire pin. Colin served in several directorships and as treasurer while at Noarlunga East, becoming a life member for that club and Morphett Vale.
Colin served his community with passion and love, receiving his 2008 O.A.M. for Community Service, Local Government and TAFE education. The reserve on the corner of States and Doctors Roads in Morphett Vale takes his name.
