The morning was cold, but Merilyn and her helpers brought warm smiles with her sale of winter woolies to raise funds for Rotary Youth projects in our community.
Knitted and crocheted toys, scarves, beanies, rugs and jumpers tempted those shopping at Coles Southgate Plaza on the last day of May. Our thanks to our team of knitters and crocheters who quietly spend their days adding to our stock of items to sell. All items are made locally.
Hon Katrine Hildyard MP took time from her community contact duties to help us sell a beanie or two as well.
Thank you everyone who assisted on the day and to Katrine for her continuing support of Rotary.
