President's report:
Mothers Day Raffle: A quote for the printing of 5000 tickets has been received and the printing has been ordered. All tickets will be available to sellers the first week of January, 2022. I’m hoping to be able to arrange some selling sites to enable members to sell their allocated

Spirit of Women: their event on November 25, at Rotary Park commencing from 9 am.
We have a full roster, except for someone to return the trailer back to the shed. thank you
to members who have agreed to assist.
Knit and Natter, November 24, Wednesday is our next Knit and Natter morning. Bring a friend,
Ramsay Place event, Monday, November 29, cooking BBQ in conjunction with Zonta. I believe Dini is all organised for this event.

December 10, Hackham West Community Centre Christmas BBQ, Reynella Christmas event. We have 4 people for this event. Thank you again to those members.

We plan to have cold meat platters, cost $10 per person. All members are asked to bring a salad/dessert, your own chair, byo drinks and Please bring a Chris Kringle of a gift under $5 from an Op Shop, wrapped to go into the treasure box for some fun and some warm weather. I’m looking for a Quoits set, cricket bat and ball.
End Polio Ute Relay, Seaford Club have organised to have the End Polio Ute at the Willunga Market, Saturday, January 8. We decided to join the Seaford, McLaren Vale clubs for this promotional opportunity, we are not able to sell raffle tickets at the market.
We have arranged to have the ute at the Moana Market on Sunday, January 9 .

Our next club meeting will be on Wednesday, December 1, guest speaker Jeff Podger, and AGMcheck the Rosters and enable us to commence at 7 pm. We will continue to grow, with COMMUNICATION, CO-OPERATION, and CONSIDERATION to our fellow Rotarians. Look forward to your company at our next meeting, to our guest whom we may not see before Christmas, enjoy a wonderful Festive season and we hope to see you all again in the new year, take care in this busy Festive Season.

PDG David Jones presented Past President Susan Podger with the Rotary Presidential Citation for her year 2020-2021.
Susan Podger introduced guest Alex Thompson who spoke about his 'One and All' experiences.

President Merilyn reminded members of our Christmas in the Park event and to bring $10 to the next meeting.
