In many local council areas you will find Rotary Clubs cooking breakfast for the local community on 26th January

We have been fortunate to be working with the City of Onkaparinga for many years to provide the traditional Australia Day Breakfast to members of our community https://www.onkaparingacity.com/Arts-events-tourism/Events-directory/Australia-Day-Breakfasts
Preparations start many weeks prior to the event with the applications for food permits, do risk assessments, check the bbq equipment, order provisions (we do hot and cold breakfasts, tea, coffee and juice).
Then we call on family and friends to help fill the roster. The Port Noarlunga Sea Scouts  http://www.pnss.sa.scouts.com.au/ help out by setting up and manning the cereal and drinks stall.

Entertainment was provided by Glenelg Brass Band and Fleurieu Harmony Chorus.
