Ros De Garis spoke to members about encouraging Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Rotary. Currently the Community Service Director at West Lakes Rotary, Ros is a passionate industrialist who sees opportunities for sustainable communities through development and adaptation of technologies and regional advantage. Ros shared her valuable expertise in applying de bono's 6 thinking hats to solve problems and of course, our own '4 way test' in our dealings with others. Ros also touched on managing change in organisations and also how to search for positives in conflict management. Her question and answer session also explained how to use her tools in real situations. Thank you Ros for your informative presentation.
